Prenatal Support

All prenatal support is virtual or provided at a local coffee shop at the discretion of you and your doula. Includes a template for a tentative birth plan, educational tools, and referrals to local support that we do not have provide. Prenatal support is provided at an hourly rate or included in our prenatal and birth support package. 

Birth Support

Our K + E Support Co. trained doulas provide continual emotional, physical and informational support during the labor and delivery experience. Our task is to "mother the mother" as a non-medical companion who can support you physically and emotionally throughout childbirth.

Postpartum Support

Our postpartum support includes day time or overnight support as you adjust life with a newborn. Our doulas provide families information and support on infant feeding, emotional and physical recovery from childbirth, infant soothing, and coping skills for new parents. They can step into the role as housekeeper, chef, or care provider for older children as they also step into role of sibling. All support we provide is customized to your needs. 

Lactation Support

K + E Support Co. provides encouraging support as your begin breastfeeding your infant. We provide basic support at a lower rate which is geared into an accountability role & in-house support person. We also provide access to virtual IBCLC support which we can run through your insurance company.
